Your 2 guys moved a large and very heavy hutch. It was a tough job. They handled it perfectly.

I have responded to two other evaluations. The move of April 10 was unacceptable. I’m still waiting for someone to came and repair damage to my Ethan Allen table. It’s been too long with no response

Everything was great. We did see afterward that our grill had been broken, but management followed up about it right away. I really appreciated the follow up calls from the office to make sure we were satisfied. The drivers/movers were extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable, they made a highly stressful situation less so! I would recommend to others.

Christina in the office worked with me to keep costs down, and was very attentive. Jacob came out to do the estimate, and he said he thought everything would fit in one truck, but indicated he thought it would be close. Despite excellent packing by Lester and Jaylon, a couple of items didn't make it to the truck and had to be picked up by us on a separate trip. This was not a problem - I'm glad that Jacob had not over-promised, so this didn't come as a surprise. On the day of the move, Lester and Jaylon were great to work with. Very pleasant and professional. I'm extremely pleased with how our move went.

I’ve used 2M with a truck twice before this experience. I’m not sure I’ve ever received better customer service and quality of work from any other company period. I have 100% confidence in them. Each time we get movers that are excellent with great attitudes. My movers this time were Lester and Anthony. These young men worked their tails off from 10am to 7pm and were friendly and displayed a continuously good attitudes even when they were dead tired. But they simply kept going nonstop until the job was done. They treated each piece of furniture and our houses as if they were their own. It was my wife’s first experience with them. She loved these two men and said it was worth every penny and more. Here’s to two men for maintaining and demonstrating the lost art of customer service. Thanks!

I had three moves with two men and a truck. The first move was on In January. That move was acceptable and went in a timely manner. The second move on April 10 was a disaster. Not all my items that needed to be moved could fit on the truck and I did not add any new items to the original estimate. If I knew somethings would have to be left behind I would have looked for another mover. During the move a round table was severely scratched. The table had to go down a stair way that turned and they area was very tight. I asked the movers to remove the top and take it down in two pieces but they said it would fit. I could tell that it was hitting the railing on the way down. When I looked at it there were many scratches and scrapes on the table top. I am still waiting to get it repaired
