I tried to work with multiple companies and over all Two Men in a Truck was the best with customer service and cost and overall experience. I was very inexperienced with the entire moving process- Autumn made the entire experience as effortless as moving cross country can be, she accommodated same day move when no one else was able to- trying to work with other companies was very difficult and TMIAT was great. Highly recommend, would use again. Thank!

Both of the mattresses that they moved got ripped. One was brand new so it was extremely disappointing. The took little care in our home as well, and most of the corners of our stairwell were badly nicked, and now we have to touch up all corners with paint, incurring more cost and our mattresses are in bad shape now.

Your staff was wonderful. The guys were courteous and very helpful since I have never moved before.

Trying to find a reliable mover is difficult but our neighbor recommended Two Men & a Truck. It was difficult getting anyone to call back (3 calls) so I tried emailing and received a response in 30 minutes. Derrick was very pleasant. The shorter guy didn’t show much enthusiasm or confidence and had my husband sign a waiver before moving the hutch which is why we wanted ‘professional’ movers in the first place. Neither introduced themselves. In the end we were happy that everything was successfully moved! I would recommend Two Men & a Truck but email for a quicker response.

I want to emphatically thank the moving team that helped my family with our move. We had a team of four and everyone was courteous, professional, fast and efficient. My move couldn't have gone any smoother and I owe thanks to that to the team from Two Men and a Truck. Thank you!

Hathaway and Washington were very prompt, worked quickly and seemed efficient. They even did a special favor for me that wasn't part of the move. They both worked well together and knew how to handle heavy furniture and all personal items. A day or two after the move was completed, however, I noticed a long scratch on the top of my desk and two of the shelves were slightly damaged. One of the pegs that keep the self in place is missing. What bothers me is that neither one told me about this damage. The desk is old, purchased at Staples in 1999 for $400 so it's no a huge loss but they should have brought it to my attention. Since they had to take it apart and put it back together, I know they were aware it had damage. Just a little disappointed in these two young men.

One of the movers arrived with a chip on his shoulder and a bad attitude. The rest of the team was great. When the items arrived at their destination there was a deep scratch in my mother’s hutch. My husband asked the mover with the attitude if it was there when they picked it up. He said yes-which was blatantly untrue. He was the one who packed it up and that scratch was not there. I immediately called and was given an email to send a photo. That was 7 days ago and I have not heard a word back. I even sent a reminder email. I have used 2MT in the past and have had good luck. I have more things to move but don’t feel good about contacting you.
