The whole experience was excellent from the first phone call to request movers until the final signature and payment. The people were all courteous. The movers were prompt and very professional. We were very satisfied.

The team was courteous and very accomodating. We used two men and a truck in June from Bay City and there rules were different that your company and your team worked with us so the move was successful. The team had a lot of heavy equipment and furniture to move and they were able to move it all. There was one mishap when moving a piece of furniture down to the 1st level they gouged the wall at the bottom of the steps. We were renting and I am not sure what the apartment complex is going to do about that, there may be a charge to repair the wall.

Jerry and Eric were great! They were extremely professional, took extra care when wrapping the furniture to make sure it was protected and they finished the move in a timely manner. They were very friendly and easy to work with and an excellent face of your company.
