Austin in the office was great and very personable. He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. The guys on the moving team were very prompt and did an excellent job moving a very heavy item out of my basement. Unfortunately I do not remember their names. I definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck for your moving needs!

Even though you record it to me you accused me of saying things I never did you accused me of saying I’ve only had four boxes I don’t know where the miscommunication came from the people that were at the unit when you picked up the stuff or you were actually kicked out but I don’t understand why you did not pick up everything because supposedly I told you I had only four boxes which I did not

We apologize for any miscommunication, Janet. We do try and go over the list of items on the phone when we give you pricing to ensure the most accurate estimate possible. We do stress that we try to be as accurate as possible so we know how to plan for the day. If the guys had another job scheduled, they may not have been able to take extra items as we had other obligations to get to for the day. We had a very small window to move some furniture and they were able to squeeze us in the next day. We were very appreciative. The person making our appointment for us was very very kind and helpful. The moving team was wonderful and had good senses of humor. They were clean and efficient and were very careful with the furniture. We will definitely call back for any furniture moving needs.
