My moving team hit my kitchen wall and ruined my daughters dresser and tried to hide it by facing her dresser the wrong way so I wouldn’t notice until they left. Very unprofessional

The office was quick to follow up and educate me on the process of my move, and the two guys who moved my belongings were quick to get the job done and stayed under my hour goal which saved me money,, and there were no damages to my belongings, its the 4th time I have used 2 men and a truck and I will defidently use again in the future.

The movers were professional as well as nothing less than amazing. However, i asked for a tv to be transported and the representative said okay we’ll have to charge you for a box, however the movers put a blanket on it and wrapped it. The box was $15.00 and i did not get it. Doesn’t mean that the movers weren’t awesome and everything about my experience was great!

Hi Erica- I am so sorry about the tv box! I will look into and ensure that you were not charged for that. Furthermore, if there were a damage to the tv based on us not having the box we promised, we would have absolutely replaced or repaired it should something have done wrong.
