I changed the quantity of items I would move (added more items) and I didn't receive the new Estimate neither the new summary/email from office staff so the final price was much more expensive than I expected, they should say how much each item could increase the price (more or less).
The movers were very polite and took care of my furniture, but I hated the fact that one of the movers convinced me to get their TV box but he didn't tell me about the price, after I checked the bill and it was $15, EXTREMELY expensive for a TV box (at Lowes it's less than $5), if the movers had told me before I would never get it once I did have mine, they definitely should say the price when offer any extra item.
