Expensive dining chairs all scratched on wood surfaces. Entertainment unit front surfaces scratched and marred, reassembled compartments incorrectly drilling screws into sides in wrong places, creating holes.

The guys were great. Arrived at the beginning of the time range. They were professional and friendly. They did an excellent job of wrapping and moving my stuff ensuring no damage.
My only negative item; they were sent out with a truck not large enough and had to go back to pick up about 4 or 5 items. That cost me extra labor time, mileage etc.

I had a moving elevator scheduled for a certain amount of time (2 hour period) as I was moving to a downtown loft. The movers completed their previous job early so came to my house early. This was fine but I told them they would probably have to wait downtown for the elevator to open up. They were pretty impatient with this. They did have to wait about an hour, but they came over 2 hours early to pick up my boxes and stuff..Overall though it went fine. Only 1 thing was broken, which I consider to be pretty good.

This team was the best! They arrived when they said they would, took care of my furniture like it was theirs, very nice and got right to work after looking over what had to be done. Will definitely come back to this company and the team they sent me when my house sells. Thanks so much!

Two young men were outstanding. Communication prior to setting up the move was confusing. I don’t mind paying for services rendered, but knowing before hand what the total cost would have been helpful. Paying by the hour which I thought was reasonable including a refill on the gas plus tax would have been acceptable. But when paying the bill I come to find that I am being charged for services which to my understanding would’ve been the hourly rate I was charged again for travel time the same rate. Having a deposit of $200 should have taken care of the one hour service charge plus gas. The final bill after the move included another $73 for a grand total of $273. Not happy with the price for a one hour move.
