I was a little disappointed that I was not told by the sales rep that the charge for a tv box was a shipping charge-- if I wanted to keep the box, it would be another $60. Didn't cause total havoc, but was not stated clearly. I should have been more hands on when it came to placement of my items at the eventual drop off point. I now know I will have to spend a bit of time rearranging my goods because I didn't speak up when it was being offloaded. Again, my fault, not movers.

The three young guys that showed up to move us were very professional and cared for my belongings. I dont plan on moving again but if i did, i would definitely use them again. I recommend two men and a truck to anyone.

I was really mad they didn't come on the day they were scheduled. I think the office staff didn't plan right. The guys did do a great job moving the stuff and I was happy with the price.
