My overall experience with your company was acceptable. The movers had to make two trips and it appeared to me that after they returned from their first trip to the storage vault they seem to work slower, became more talkative between themselves, and less focused. Maybe they were tiring and fatigued. However, that caused them to extend the time necessary to complete the task. I'm not complaining, however, this is something that my family and I observed, thus causing me to paid for 11.75 hours of moving time. The team started out at 8:30am with a bang, but when they returned at 1:30pm from they're trip to your storage they appeared to fizzle.

This was the fifth time my family or I have used Two Men and a Truck. My grown children have used them and we have used them to move my in-laws twice. I have been there for every move, and we have ALWAYS been pleased. The fact that we keep coming back is self explanatory. Keep up the good work!!

My movers were very polite but the main guy wanted to leave several of my belongings. He kept saying I didn't point that out. Then they claimed they ran out of room in the truck and did not want to go back a second time. I had to drive back and pick up things left behind. They didn't bring tv boxes and I had 2 to transport. Then they also wanted to sit in the truck while it. Was raining instead of being in the house wrapping things. Some they didn't wrap at all and it should have been done. One guy cut himself and it took the 3 of them to bandage him up . it was a stressful day and they did not help matters. We had their truck my van and another pickup full and I still had to return to my old home. Should have had a bigger moving truck.

Of the three guys on our team, Drake was the most professional and hardest worker. He was very helpful and great to work with; so glad he was on our team! We had a manager stop in twice who was very helpful and worked hard to try to get our armoire moved upstairs. He was also very professional and had another team stop in to try to help with that; although it was unsuccessful we were very grateful for their wholehearted attempt to accommodate us. Thank you! We will be using you for our next move as well.
