I wasn't at either of the locations for my move, but my People at both called me as soon as the movers were done and let me know exactly how professional, knowledgeable, careful, and polite they were.

I have used this team before and was very impressed with their care of my furniture and house. Their expertise, knowledge and overall work was great. They listened to my concerns, was friendly and polite. I will usr them again if needed. The experience as usual was excellent. That is why I keep asking for the same movers when needed. A great job well done.

I don,t think you should charge a fee for fuel use when you only moved furniture at my home and were never on the road as a mover. Other than that you were great.

The two men who handled my move of 81 miles were courteous , respectful, and extremely careful with all of my possestions. They were efficient, and worked at a pace that went so quickly I was surprised that it did not take as long as I expected. I would use your company in the future if the need ever arose. THANK YOU.

Hired them to move a living room set. They were done in less than 10 minutes. Arrived as promised and did a great job.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced from office staff. Was quoted between 3-6 hours to move and if a second trip was necessary it was no problem since they charge per hour. On the quote we only listed 10-12 items but were told we could put anything on the truck that would fit. When the movers arrived they informed us they could only move 10 items and we could only have 2.5 hours because they had other jobs. We called the office and were very rude and would not budge. I read the quote to the manager and still insisted they could not move more than 10 items and only stay 2.5 hours. At least the movers realized their bosses were terrible human beings and moved our items anyway. Way over priced too. Similar companies are half as much, but went with 2 men on reputation. I was wrong!

Mark did an excellent job of documenting our needs. The office called 2 days early to alert us that they had over estimated the move and our costs would be lower than originally quoted and they were. Three men showed up on time as quoted and appeared efficient and were tipped accordingly. Only after they had left and up to 3 days later we found they were not as efficient as portrayed. 7 items listed on Marks inventory were missed. Called the office twice and received prompt follow-up. I was asked did they do a walk through and I answered negative; a procedure that would have found the deficiencies quickly. The 2 chaps who came the 2nd. & 3rd. days did a good job, were pleasant, polite and very helpful. The Moral To This Story: A Walk Around Before Job Is Signed Complete Is A Must!
