I am happy with the service Of Two Men & A Truck. However they misplaced a desk chair that has not been resolved. I was told a claims person would contact me but has not done so.

most of the move went fine. the movers were supposed to come back the following day to put my fridge doors back on and put a mirror back on a vanity since they left the pieces at the old house. so i made a special trip back to the old house even though i was not planning to that day and no one has called or come to the new house to complete the assembly of those two items that had to be disassembled.

Movers were very thorough and careful. Price was not as bad as i expected. Only reason i didn't rate the office staff higher was when i called the office to ask a question (after i had booked the movers) i got a guy answering the phone who said immediately they would take my number and call me back before i got to ask anything. Of course, they never called me back which i thought was very unprofessional. The other lady i talked to in the office with whom i booked the movers was very good though. Otherwise, i have no complaints and would still recommend.

The movers were right on time and knew what they were doing.They joked with each other and I was very happy(again) with their work. It seems like they were in and gone. Very Efficient. We had the furniture moved to a storage building in another town. My sister called an hour later and they were unloaded and finished !!! Thanks

The two men that moved me were very courteous. They were careful with my belongings and careful not to track dirt into the home I was leaving as well as the home I moved to. They were very efficient and remained pleasant throughout. I was very appreciative of their services and positive attitude.

The two guys that came & moved us did a great job!! Very careful with each piece of our furniture and careful to not damage doors or walls! Very easy to work with and very helpful!!
