The guys were good. They worked hard, explained the process, did a good job. They went above and beyond the call of duty (moved a couple sheets of plywood for us that we couldn't move).

Yes I’m very dissatisfied it’s not with your movers it’s with the office I only had two items and some boxes and nobody explain to me about the TV they wouldn’t take it off the stand I should’ve been told that now I’m without a TV I have to go out and spend a couple thousand dollars probably because they have somebody put a TV in my house I’m handicapped I can’t do anything for myself like that I spent almost $300 for what to bring a chair over here and some boxes

the team that moved me was prompt, efficient, and did the job in a timely manner.
i did like that an older/more experienced worker was paired with a younger/learning worker. this was good for everyone.
the office staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions.
