Our experience with Traverse City Two Men And A Truck was flawless. I went online and used the website to list items we were moving, called the office and spoke with Courtney about possible dates. She emailed me an estimate. When the moving date was set, I called back about two weeks in advance and we were able to get the exact date and time we were hoping for. The men called and let us know they were 10 minutes away. Neither one of them complained or spoke negatively when they discovered a low-hanging utility wire that prevented them from driving the truck closer to the house. They efficiently wrapped and moved all of the furniture out of the house and into the apartment. Nothing they moved was damaged and they were careful about the walls and doorways. We will use them again!

It was one of the best moving experiences I’ve had and I’ve moved a lot!!!.

The office personnel did not complete the paperwork accurately. When the mover asked me to sign & initial I pointed out the errors. He had to call the office to resolve the problem while on the clock which increased the price I was charged. In addition there was followup that was suppose to happen when they delivered the property and they failed to send the necessary paperwork. This was all agreed upon when arranging the move. I have spoken to the manager about my disappointment but it really fell upon a deaf ear. At this point I still do not have all of the information we agreed upon so it will require me to call them again. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Everyone from Courtney to the moving team did a really great job. They were accommodating even when one of the moves had to be adjusted due to not knowing the exact number of boxes etc. The guys were professional and even though it was hot and rainy, they did a fantastic job. We will use you again for all of our customer moves.
