From the first contact to the end of the move, the Traverse City firm was top-notch! Our movers were very careful, good-natured, and patient. Our movers were on time, and finished an hour earlier than planned. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for a flawless and stress-free move!

I had a little trouble with returning unused boxes as I had to call several times. But someone did call me back after a few days. They came and picked up my boxes right away and gave me a prompt refund.

They worked hard and were a great asset to the team during the project.

I can't recall the gentlemen's names who helped with the move, but I think it was Toby and Devin. Both were incredible. I was very impressed with how fast and efficient they were and they worked very well as a team, both communicating on how to navigate rooms, stairs, etc.
Devin appeared to be the leader, and I must say that Devin needs to be in management. He was very professional in talking to us and kept the job moving along quickly and cleanly. Both men were impressive and far exceeded our expectations as this was the first time we ever hired a moving company.

Team arrived on time after calling ahead. They had plenty of blankets to wrap furniture and they were clean.Team was friendly and performed a great job with our belongings at both places. We will definitely use them again

The move went quicker than we thought and that saved us money. But the movers didn't seem entirely on top of what was going on. After they left I found two of my dining room chairs still sitting outside on the deck. The unloading in to storage was haphazard and not efficient at all. A desk was damaged in transit which was sad. Overall, the service was fine, but I'm not sure we would use the service again. Price seemed fair.

Everyone I worked with was wonderful. The office staff was able to fit me in with minimal notice to a full schedule. The moving crew was incredibly professional and efficient. They took a move that was quoted for 10-12 hours and completed it in 3 saving me a ton of money, but not sacrificing quality. Everyone I worked with helped make my move exponentially less stressful.

Movers worked very hard and had a great attitude. They were courteous and took care with my property. The moving team is what makes two mem and a truck stand out for me.

Using Two Men and a Truck in Traverse City, Michigan, was amazingly easy and hassle free. Shana in the office was very friendly and easy to work with to set up the move, Jon and Patrick (our "Two Men") took great care of the furniture (even though they had to go down two flights of stairs with two separate landings) to get stuff to the truck, then Jon and Patrick unloaded everything into a storage unit and stacked everything neatly. After the move the office ladies called me to verify everything went OK. DEFINITELY! In about three months when the new house is ready to move into, I will call Two Men and a Truck in Traverse City again and ask for Jon and Patrick. Great job!
