The move went quicker than we thought and that saved us money. But the movers didn't seem entirely on top of what was going on. After they left I found two of my dining room chairs still sitting outside on the deck. The unloading in to storage was haphazard and not efficient at all. A desk was damaged in transit which was sad. Overall, the service was fine, but I'm not sure we would use the service again. Price seemed fair.

Everyone I worked with was wonderful. The office staff was able to fit me in with minimal notice to a full schedule. The moving crew was incredibly professional and efficient. They took a move that was quoted for 10-12 hours and completed it in 3 saving me a ton of money, but not sacrificing quality. Everyone I worked with helped make my move exponentially less stressful.

Movers worked very hard and had a great attitude. They were courteous and took care with my property. The moving team is what makes two mem and a truck stand out for me.

Using Two Men and a Truck in Traverse City, Michigan, was amazingly easy and hassle free. Shana in the office was very friendly and easy to work with to set up the move, Jon and Patrick (our "Two Men") took great care of the furniture (even though they had to go down two flights of stairs with two separate landings) to get stuff to the truck, then Jon and Patrick unloaded everything into a storage unit and stacked everything neatly. After the move the office ladies called me to verify everything went OK. DEFINITELY! In about three months when the new house is ready to move into, I will call Two Men and a Truck in Traverse City again and ask for Jon and Patrick. Great job!

I couldn't not be happier with the service I received from Two Men And A Truck. They were prompt and professional. They had great attitudes towards a move that was not the easiest. I have lots of stairs and didn't once hear a complaint. The move even required a second trip back and there wasn't any problem for the movers to accommodate that. They worked for 9.5 hours all while smiling, being friendly, working hard and being careful. I can't say the same for some other companies I have worked with during my move.

Jon and Joe were very helpful and understanding about what I call a "Juggling Act" to get us moved in a short window of time!

Very very happy with entire process, the move team was outstanding. I hope that I get the same team when we move back into our home next year.
