It’s a whole Lotta fun having happy helpers happily helping

We had great experience with office staff doing the scheduling, letting us know what the expectations were, the estimate, and how to be ready for the movers. The 3 men that came were polite, pleasant and easy to work with. They didn't waste time and performed efficiently. I found a few marks on the walls and floors from their carts and where they had to struggle to get sofa through the door but overall, they were very careful with our items and maneuvering through doors.

It was very convenient having the help. But there was only 1 guy who was working and that is Trent. He did an amazing job! Took pride in his work, and kept moving. The other gentleman (Tom? Hes a new guy), was VERY lazy, slow moving, took only small items one at a time, and took many breaks! There was one time where Trent was reassembling a table and Tom and the other new guy who was in training, was sitting inside the truck for 20+ mins. I feel like if there was 3 of Trent, the move would of went faster and less money would of been taken out of my pocket. Also, one vase was broke, and Tom grabbed a white lamp shade with his dirty hands and got a black substance on the lamp shade that wont come out. He also had his old sealer covered shoes on when walking through the house.Very unsatisfied

One item was damaged. Office staff worked very diligently to resolve issue to my satisfaction.

This company is the worse moving company ever. They are cheap and if they damage an item beyond repair they drag their feet to return calls and then they don’t want to take responsibility for their screw up. Pathetic!!

July 11,2019, two helpful-,courteous movers had difficulty moving a large dresser down a stairway. After removing the drawers they were able to load the dresser .Shortly after the men left with the loaded truck I discovered nicks in the stairway walls and a broken mirrored closet door. I immediately contacted the office and was requested I send photos of the damage. which I did do. I waited that day and called 2 more times that day to be advised , especially since we were moving in 2 days, no reply. On July 13,2019 I received a text message saying I would receive a call today .no call. I sent a text July 15th saying I had not been contacted & left a voice mail at the office July 17th, no reply. I am extremely, frustrated, disappointed and am not sure what my next step should be.

An employee named Joe assumed he wasn't getting a tip and literally lost it to the point where the police were going to get involved. He stomped his feet, cursed multiple times at my mother and wife. He also started to throw items and raise his voice. The owner has taken action after speaking with Joe. I guess he is related to an employee or manager. The owner of two men and a truck named Mara was still trying to justify their actions. Telling us there was a conflict in the beginning of the move and that we had more items than we quoted. We went 15 min past the estimated time and apparently that isn't acceptable for two men and a truck. They didn't want to load our garage stuff.The employees didn't seem like they wanted to really be there or work. Was not worth $900 to be put through.

The moving team (actually 3 men and a truck!) were extremely helpful and sensitive to our needs. Not only were they efficient at packing and moving, they had upbeat words of encouragement and help for my in-laws, something that made the whole experience much easier. I strongly recommend Two Men and a Truck and I will certainly use them again when I need to move myself. Thank you.

We had Jeremy, CJ and Dalton. They were friendly, fast, thorough and careful. What a great team! Thank you so much. It was worth every penny.

The movers arrived on time. They were friendly and helpful. Very nice guys. Would recommend to anyone. We have moved to Tucson, Arizona and plan to use your services there as well.
