Move was scheduled for 12 July 2022. Office staff did not maintain appropriate records; and the move had to be rescheduled for 29 July 2022. Everything has worked out; however, I would be remiss if I did not state it was frustrating at the time. Good service/communication from Office Staff. Excellent service provided by movers. Belongings stored over winter; arrived safely and undamaged.

The movers who handled the move were polite and courteous and went out of their way to get the move done professionally. Great guys. Gives me faith that some young people still have a really solid work ethic. Great experience.

We had issues with Shana in the office. However she is no longer there, but Alisa took over and impressed us. The packing and moving team were a day late, but worked very fast and efficient and got us out in time.

I am very pleased to say these people in Traverse City are awesome. They arrived early and in the midst of some extremly hot and humid temperatures. The two guys that they sent went to work and hustled through the job. They were professional courteous and attentive to detail. I highly recommend using Two Men and a Truck.

We were relieved to see Guadalupe and Daryl come up the driveway in the big truck. They were great to work with and quickly became personable but totally focused on getting us moved safely and timely. We could not have made a better choice. Highly recommend.

Our movers were on time, courteous, very hard working,and knowledgeable. We would definately use 2 men and a truck again.

The two movers were fantastic. Would have given a higher overall rating but you did cancel on me last minute costing me 1 night hotel stay and 4 wasted hours on the road for my wife.

After a miscommunication I found the company most cooperative and helpful in completing my move. Although staffing issues were a problem the move was able to be completed in a timely manner. The packers and movers were very professional and careful with my possessions. I have already recommended them to friends.

I can’t say enough how impressed I was with Brad and Dave. On time, very professional, pleasant, and extremely hard-working. They never gave up on a challenging piece of our furniture! I am so grateful for their determination and willingness to go the extra mile! As usual Two Men and a Truck did not let us down!
