Two Men andamp; A Truck were used by family members for a prior move. When I called, I explained that we needed them at 1:00pm so that the move (inside the Apartment building from floor 3 to floor 1) would be the least disruptive to the other residents. The office staff failed to explain that the moving team would show up in the andquot;window of 1-3pmandquot;. I also explained that I didn't need a truck. So when they showed up at 2:30, we were disappointed. The moving team was outstanding once they arrrived. We explained what needed to be moved and they handled it in an hour. Very Impressive. And they were very polite and well mannered. They charged us for an unneeded truck. I had several calls from other movers who charged a much lower hourly rate. In the end, we were happy with the move team.

We've used Two Men and a Truck previously and were very impressed with our first experience. Communication was excellent from the office staff and the moving team. Brian and Tim (the movers) were two fine energetic young men who were polite, considerate, and a credit to the company. We highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your moving needs.

My first impression started with my conversation with Colin at the Livonia store. He was very professional and helpful, I didnandacirc;??t even bother calling the other 2 competitor companies I had phone numbers for.

Nate and Anthony were very professional and made our move much less overwhelming. After living in our home for 22 years, we had acquired a lot and only needed select items to be moved to our condo. These guys didn't waste a minute, and if they had any questions, they asked for clarifications right away. The inclement weather during delivery to the new place was very challenging, but the guys took it in stride and completed everything very efficiently. Great job, glad we were able to have Nate and Anthony do our move.

Moving day -- Tim's team was exceptional. They were very patient with our requests and very easy to interact with. Would recommend them to anyone. My only negative with TMandamp;aT was that when I was initially setting up, I was getting bounced to the call center instead of the local office. But once I connected with Jeremy, he came right out and got things moving. A very positive experience.

The service and care provided by the moving team of Neil, Shawn and Junior was fantastic. They took great care in preparing my valuables for transportation. They were a pleasant group of men to make a stressful situation easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is moving.

Teagu and Justin were very courteous prompt and very caring with my property I would recommend them to anybody.

My movers Nate and Kyle were amazing!!! They were both professional, worked hard and efficiently all with a great attitude. They made my move a lot less painful! Great team! wish I could find employees like these young men. I would recommend two men and a truck to anyone moving.
