This is my third timing using 2 men and a truck and it's the first time I haven't been impressed by the service. The movers were very slow, definitely were not moving quickly of efficiently. For example, one mover just watched the entire time that the other mover took off the legs to my kitchen table. Would stand and andquot;discussandquot; how to move things for great lengths of time even though all items (aside from treadmill) were manageable and on the smaller side. This was the least amount of furniture I've moved and it took the longest time. Overall just not impressed, and the first time I considered that they were trying to run the clock up on the move time.

Moving team proved to be very friendly and efficient. The party on the other end of the move made a point of telling us that the moving team was especially concerned that they had placed everything properly and that satisfaction was achieved. The moving team leader impressed us as a business person and andquot;take chargeandquot; type.

Having to move my mom to an assisted living apartment was stressful enough so my husband said we are calling 2 men and a truck to have her moved. I have NEVER used a moving company before, always just did it myself. I have never been more satisfied with a service in my life. From the introductions to the handshakes it was a great experience for my family. The 3 men that moved her was Nick M, Demetrius and Sean H. These menandacirc;??s mothers should be very proud of them because they were raised so respectfully and hard working. They took care with my moms things and not a scratch on anything! They worked so well as a team and I thought they used a great use of their time to keep on schedule. This is a very physical job and in the freezing cold they never complained and were a joy to have in my home

Dave and River called to let us know when they would arrive. They were very careful with our stuff and very pleasant and respectful. I hope we don't have to move again any time soon, but I would request Dave and River and will recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Moving team was nice. I still have furniture sitting in my living room from a move that was supposed to be completed on the 8th of January. I was told someone would come to finish the job 4 days later at 10 am. They never showed up so I called to check. I was told a manager would contact me within the day... Weeks later and still no word. Unacceptable.

The leader of my moving team, Victor was very professional and a pleasure to work with. My move was fast and efficient. My items were handled with care, set up and placed where I needed them. I would definitely recommend this great Livonia, MI team.
