I received an online quote. I was concerned that it did not properly illustrate my moving needs, so I called to review it. The office was extremely helpful in updating my quote. The moving crew was running ahead of schedule and called to ask if it was acceptable to come a little early. I was impressed with their skill in moving everything. They were very helpful and did not mind move things into a storage space that I had not originally accounted for. I was quoted for 4 hours, but the crew completed the move in 2.5. Considering they are paid by the hour, I was surprised they did not dawdle or take any breaks. I could not have asked for it to work out any better. They were great!

They had a problem with the removal of a sofa out of the front door. It took over an hour before a backup team arrived to perform the task.

The entire process from quoting to scheduling to moving day was flawless. Jeremy did a great job estimating the amount of work and resources that would be required and never tried to over sell. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move within the time frame I was planning to. Victor and his crew came on time and did an amazing job packing and moving my belongings. When arriving into the new address they took good care of the property and placed everything in the right rooms. I could not be happier with the overall service and I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to friends and family.

I used the online estimator. It worked well. It needs to be tweaked to indicates which type of tv. I had the very old big box tv and the guys were like oh no. Contract said flat screen but I didnandamp;acirc;t select that.
