My movers were six hours late. I had to beg the office to keep the appointment that I had scheduled 2 months prior and put a security deposit down on. The communication I was promised did not happen. Their lateness cost me a lot of money. I had to keep the dogs in the kennel for a day longer ($50), I missed a half day of work ($100), I had to pay an extra day on my old lease ($40), and my boyfriend had to take the day off ($175). I deserve some money back. Also, they left a piece of my bed in their truck. I'd call but the office staff there are not helpful.

Neal and Aaron we're very courteous,answered any questions and worked in a timely manor.

It was excellent service. The driver, Josh, called in advance. He arrived on time. Josh was very polite to me and to his team, Aaron and Norbert. There was no time wasted. All showed they were skilled movers, very efficient. I appreciated the care they took with the furniture. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Very hot temperature for my movers and they stuck with it and did a super job. Very pleased.

The office staff was very helpful setting up the move. The 3 men and a truck did a great job moving our stuff carefully, effectively and quickly.

Everything was fabulous except the minor damage done to my staircase in our new construction home.

They did not show up when scheduled did not call until I called and asked where they werecancelled the appointment then said they would come on sunday at 9:30 am Sunday they did not show up and did not call me until noon. Then someone called me and said they would come at 5pm at 3pm they called and said they were not coming at all. On monday they called and said they couldn't get me in until the following friday at 2pm 7 days after my original appointment i could not take the day off again . And she said that was the soonest they could get me in they have a schedule to keep. I have no faith in two men and a truck in Livonia they didn't keep my schedule and kept me waiting hours every time

The movers did an outstanding job in grueling heat. They received back up at the destination, I feel that is was poor management to send only two men out from the beginning in that heat.
