My moving team was AWESOME! They were courteous, professional, and extremely thoughtful and careful in the packing and handling of all of our items. Specifically, the "leader" of my team (his name escapes me now but he was the more interactive one throughout the process) deserves a giant kudos and a position in leadership/training. He was a solid example of excellent work ethic and good character!

The movers were late (supposed to be there at 8am, did not arrive until almost 9am). They were not wearing masks when they arrived. We had to tell them to wear masks because we have a newborn baby. They didn’t seem to know how to work the ramp on the truck, took forever to get started, and overall were very inefficient. They took 30minutes to make the 10minute drive from our old to our new place.

Jesse, the office worker who scheduled our move, was awesome and took the time to answer all of my painstaking questions over three phone calls. Hunter and his team of movers were awesome. They kept moving and were responsive to requests about the order of rooms to move and taking away additional junk. Apologies for not tipping, I wasn't aware that was common practice for a move.

This is the first time that I have hired movers. I am very happy that I did. The two guys that came out were very professional and quick. They did a great job and got all of my heavy furniture into the house! Thank you so much!

Appreciated the professionalism of Corey, Andre & Darren. Fun guys that made the move so much easier for us old folks. You must have sent us your best crew! Office staff was very helpful as well. How sweet of them to load the boxes I bought on two occasions. I hope we won't be moving for a long time but when/if we do will call on you again. Thanks!

The movers did gouge a wall and did not have tools to remove a had rail.
