Moving team was great. They were both focused and polite, even on a hot day. Corporate should be providing them with a cooler with ice and cold drinks with electrolytes though. The working conditions are already tough enough.

We actually keep large bags of electrolyte drink mix and an ice machine that is available to all of our movers to ensure that they are properly hydrated, but we will make sure to remind them at our next safety meeting! This company refuses to return phone calls, but didn’t hesitate to take my money. Your customer service is poor, your movers are lazy, and I will be sure to spread the work about this particular location, since no one in the company bothers to listen to my concerns.

We were extremely happy with the movers, Andrew and his partner were very professional, friendly, handled our contents with care. Both were very helpful and ensured everything was good. I have to admit we were a little apprehensive as we had never used a moving company, no apprehension now. Hoping when our belongings are brought to our new house in the next couple weeks we have same team!!!
