Jesse made the scheduling process very smooth and easy. The movers from both the junk removal and moving teams were quick and efficient making sure everything was done correctly. I appreciated their carefulness while getting furniture in and out of our office without disrupting any of our daily functions.

This is the seventh time we've used your services, all over the country, and now that we're in Lansing area, it's nice to support a local company that started right here. My moving team Clayton and David were absolutely wonderful! They were professional, very respectful with all my treasured possessions, had great personalities and displayed excellent work ethics. The driver of the truck was excellent, thoughtful, and hard-working. Careful, conscientious, and respectful. His assistant required his direction, but followed it well. Clearly, the video chat failed. Weight was never discussed, causing a preventable debacle, doubling the price of. You should have sent someone over, as you did during the move to check up on the men. You should do better.

We do our best to create the most accurate estimates as possible. Due to the workload of our staff, an in-home estimate is not always an option and we're sorry that we were not able to accommodate that for you. Such a great experience with 2 Men and a truck! Angel and Juan were so friendly and worked SO hard! We were amazed how quickly it all went. They went above and beyond! Jesse in Customer Service was so helpful and was spot on with our estimate. 10/10 Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
