They packed a crock for shipping to TX from MI. It arrived in 20 pieces. Improper packing.

They moved a piano to my home. They were very careful with the piano. They run into a problem at my home, there is a perment built in wall about three or four foot high at the entrance, the piano would not go around. It took all three guys, but they lifted the piano up above the obstruction and got it in, without any damage to the piano.

Was quoted 2 to 2.5 hours, move was 1 hour 20 minutes from the time I was notified they were on their way, but got charged for 1.75 hours!!

Our movers were Lamb & Connors!! They were amazing!!

I rarely give a company all Excellent marks but you earned it! The 4 guys who helped us were enthusiastic, friendly hard workers. Aaron, David, Kenny and Kirby worked diligently all day - and we had a bunch of stuff to move, including a heavy sectional that they lifted with apparent ease. Thank you for making our move as painless as a move can be!

Overall experience was very good. Only criticism would be the bickering between two of the three crew. Not the driver/team lead, but the other 2 gentlemen. Otherwise, they were great. Also very impressed with the handling of a damaged piece. Will definitely use your services again.
