A HANDLE BROKE OFF MY CURIO CABINET AND IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO MATCH THE OTHERS. PATRICK FOUND IT IN THE TRUCK SEVERAL HOURS LATER AND WAS VERY KIND TO BRING IT TO MY APARTMENT, NOT SURE HOW FAR HE HAD TO TRAVEL TO DO IT BUT WAS VERY PLEASED THAT HE DID AND NOW MY SON WILL GET A SPECIAL SCREW TO REMOUNT THE HANDLE SO THEY WILL ALL MATCH NOW. JACOB AND PATRICK WERE VERY NICE AND I APPRECIATE THE CARE AND KINDNESS THEY SHOWED ME IN MY MOVE TO MY SENIOR COMPLEX.

since this is the most expensive service in town, we thought they'd be the most professional and careful. Two people showed up, one of them was experienced I guess, the other was a kid trying to make some money on the side before college. no idea about the job. they did serious damage on our furniture, that costs more than the move itself. now we are in the process of claims, so we'll see how you handle this situation, which will define our overall experience. so far it is moving very slowly

One wall was damaged coming in from the garage, and the leather on my couch is worn off in a couple spots. I am told someone is coming out to take care of it. Hopefully the process is simple for reimbursement.

We had a very heavy piece of furniture that could have been more thoughtfully moved. There was damage to the furniture that could have been avoided. Additionally, there were screws that were needed for a bed frame that went missing, so we had to make a trip to the hardware store to replace.

I have used your company several times in the past this time I had a very bad experience it took the movers 7 hours to move me from 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom charged me 969.00 they broke several items I called corporate the charged me for 5 hours still waiting on broken items very disappointed!

The over all experience was great. The team was very nice and respectable. They moved at a very steady pace. I did not stay to the end so I wasn't there to do a walk through. A few items that were marked to go got left behind. Some of it could have been our fault for labeling a fan in front of stuff that said "stays here" which made the corner look like it all stayed. Our mattress was taken but the bedframe was left. No big deal but maybe something to do in the future is to have your lead man walk through with the owner. My husband didn't think of it because there was so much going on.

Damages occurred. Rip in new carpet and broke door off solid oak entertainment center because it was not wrapped prior to moving it. Door fell off and wood splintered on frame and door itself. Instead of reimbursing me, they are going to try to "fix it." This is causing a great deal of stress for me. The pieces and unit are still at the house and we close on the sale of the house on 5/24. The carpet also needs to be repaired prior to closing. I don't see how the wood could possibly be fixed due to the splinters and extent of damages. It will be restored back to excellent condition, or we will have a problem. And how am I going to move it now? I have pictures of unit before the damages, and there wasn't even a scratch on it.

My problem is with the upper level management. You sent three out of four guys to move my stuff that had no moving experience. I do not have a problem with the moving team but with management, I highly doubt you (management) would do that with your own stuff. They made normal inexperience mistakes like putting hard plastic boxes on wood surfaces. They tried to pick up things that were to heavy for one person when they should have gotten help. They broke a handle on a drill press, banged up walls and furniture. I over paid on the truck that moved the apartment. It should not have taken that long to move what they did. Again, very normal for guys with no experience but I could have paid some high school kids to do it for much less and done as good or better job.

Move within Lansing area: Leah has been wonderful to deal with! Exceptional customer care & follow thru. A Promotion or a raise is appropriate.
Hunter, Carter, Korey & Javarri were a delight! Prompt, hardworking, friendly.
Zach & Alison are professional & efficient.
Kevin is now working w/ us on a damage issue so I anticipate a satisfactory resolution. You have a great team of employees! Appreciate that & reward their performance. Good employees can be hard to come by.
