We were to have packing & moving services. Packing team were horrible; have 15 photos of items didn't pack (said forgot, or were confused), and downright refused to pack some items (like a TV, we had the original box ). Management said would do something, but are still waiting. Moving day didn't happen as co pulled bait & switch with price, and we cancelled. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CO - EVER!

Very good experience. Pre move was great as well as the move. Very professional and efficient. On time, friendly and great movers. I had options but glad I picked them.

The two young men showed up on time and did a great job moving our stuff. They were professional and very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a good experience with Two Men and a Truck overall. Our movers were very nice, considerate, and asked questions! We only had a minor issue with one item being dropped and damaged, but the team filled out a service sheet and I’m guessing we will get followup soon. For our move, we might have saved time and some money with help from a third mover but overall we were satisfied.

From the initial emails with customer service rep, Jesse L., to the day-of moving with Ricardo, Austin, Gabriel and Kyle, we were very satisfied! Everyone was professional and courteous and went out of their way to help. I probably wasn't the easiest client to deal with since this was our first big office move, and I've never coordinated a large move like this, so THANK YOU for your patience!

Set up move over 6 weeks in advance. Followed instructions for move of hottub. Team that showed up had no idea how to move a hottub and were not prepared with equipment. Had to speak to manager. Ultimately, Kevin did a great job getting 11 men on site and the proper equipment. But- the day was very stressful. This could have been prevented if they had planned ahead -

I have used Two Men And a Truck before with excellent results. This time was no different. Scheduling was easy. The two men who arrived, on moving day Jayden and Ricardo, were telaxed and focused as and extremely quick. They even asked about the cafe table and 2 chairs on my front porch that I had overlooked I enjoyed their easy manner and pleasant interaction. Thank you both
