I definitely couldn't have moved the bigger items myself. They wrapped everything up so it wouldn't get damaged in the move.

Slight damage to a dresser and nightstand otherwise I was satisfied with my service.

The office staff, Leah, was wonderful, pleasant and did a fantastic job explaining everything up front. As a result, I had no surprises. The packing team was courteous, respectful and professional. The moving team was AMAZING! They never stopped working/running all day. They explained things, asked valuable questions, were agile and flexible when I changed my mind multiple times on the same piece of furniture :). They were accommodating, cheerful, hard workers, respectful and never scratched a wall in our new home. They worked as a team and seemed to be having fun (which made a tedious move fun for us too). I am a very detailed perfectionist and the move team was awesome in ALL regards. The trained, experienced, hard working efforts were visible in all they did.

I would request the driver I obtain this last move. They were nice but still professional - Chris and Nick.

Garrett, Andre, Luke and Randy are a credit to this company and exceptional people in their own right. Professional, courteous, tenacious, nothing was too much trouble. Moving our baby grand piano up and down stairs and across uneven ground was carefully planned and executed to the highest standard. This was the theme to our move. Excellent planning, great communication and collaboration with the guys to make even the toughest of tasks a breeze. They even finished an hour and a half early and saved me money! You can't ask for much more!!! I asked Randy how they manage to do what they do and still keep the smile on their face and stressed out movers like my wife and I joyful. He said to me, we work in a customer service job which just happens to involve moving. Thanks so much TMT Lansing!

We moved from Holt into Lansing. We had your services a few weeks ago to move larger items out of the Holt residence so we could get it painted and ready to sell. Friday was the second half of moving and the guys were great. they moved along at a quick pace and were helpful to me in some things I was loading into my car to bring over. I appreciated their help that way and never expected it.
