It seemed the team could have been a bit more faster, I understand the "average rate" wont be accomplished unless they stop, and move slowly, but the team last year were so much faster. Also I am extremely unhappy that the $180 insurance was not optional to me, just thrown in, that is one thing that can have been mentioned prior to my move. Wondered why my bill was sooooo much more this time, now I know. That extra thrown onto my bill is a factor to my rating.

The moving team showed up on time, they were extremely courteous and professional. I was very impressed with their abilities and the care that they took with my property. Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to move.

The movers were late, scheduled to arrive between 1 pm and 3 pm, they arrived at 3.45 pm. There were no apologies for being late. They did not get moving details, such as contents or destination location, from the office team, despite confirmation emails from the office team that details had been passed on.

Will, DeMarco, and Nathan were professional, efficient, and really pleasant to work with. They worked hard without complaining, even when we had a very heavy couch that had to go down three flights of stairs, along with countless numbers of heavy books in boxes. I really appreciated how concerned they were with making sure nothing was damaged, and how courteous and professional they were.
