I was amazed that my team got two very large and very heavy bookshelves down into my basement. If it had not been possible, I don't know what my Plan B would have been as to where to place them. So I was very happy to hear, as they got the first one to the bottom of the stairs, something like "Oh yeah ... we will be able to turn it around ... we've got about 2 inches to spare ... no problem." They managed to put everything where I wanted it with zero damage. My hat is off to those two guys!

It was wonderful, movers did exactly as we hoped, and they were attentive to our needs. We would not have had as good a time moving if not for our movers. We discussed the rooms, and what should go in which, and they did a great job making it happen! They were flexible with our needs as we needed multiple days for our move to allow our timeline to work out.
