2 Men sent 3 men to move our piano from our basement. They were timely, efficient, personable and respectful. The move across town was completed quickly. I would hire them again.

I had to reschedule way too many times due to the builders of my house delaying multiple times and I was treated well and never made to feel poorly about rescheduling which I really appreciated because it was out of my control. the movers were really great too!

I had to do a quick last minute move. The guys were excellent with my scattered directions and were so nice to my kids, who kept changing their minds and asking for things - lol. I was overcharged, but my driver called me right away to apologize. I just hope you guys get me that refund super quick.

Both movers were very professional. They were also very courteous.

I was unhappy because I told them before moving that there were 3 items I needed to know the location of upon arrival: my alarm clock, my cell phone charger and that day's mail. They packed these items and couldn't locate any of them at the new place. I couldn't that night either. I was very concerned about missing work the next day, ( I was scheduled at 7:00 a.m.) having my cell phone die and not having access to two pieces of important mail. I ended up miraculously waking up without an alarm clock on 3 hours of sleep the next morning, purchasing 2 new alarm clocks and a cell phone charger and accidentally locating my missing mail the next morning. I am stsill annoyed that they did not follow such simple instructions.
