As you can see I was pleased with the movers, although I was not satisfied in that we had much more than was anticipated to move. I feel in the future instead of doing it on the phone a representative should visit the residence in person to make sure they are well aware of the contents of residence and what it will take to move in trucks and equipment so that the move can be priced more in line with what needs to be moved. This move was certainly underestimated for the quantity of boxes and other items to be moved. Other than the estimating method, the move was excellent and your employees were the best.

They came in, packed up the furniture and moved everything to the new house. Nothing was damaged. They were fast and efficient. What more can you ask for?

Both Ryan and Jacob were great and hard workers. Despite a strap breaking in route and a mirror breaking, They explained the process of working with Two Men and a Truck to get it fixed. Have followed up and are expecting the mirror to be picked up today for repairs!

The two men was nice young men they had to take our door off the hinges and there was a spring on the door and after it was taken off it did not work when they put it back on. I had to replace it and it cost me $15.00.

Everything went well. However they were not able to move everything... with no solution..

Mike and Ryan were great! They collaborated and problem-solved with me and a helper to move a large fridge within the confines of my fairly small home. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable ~ thanks for your help!

Team helper didn’t want to be there. Could not handle the weight. Team didn’t proper Dolly to move large pieces. Played havoc with my drywall. Took over two weeks to get in touch with the repairman. It should have been a five hour move that took nine hours. Felt like I was getting milked out of my money. Instead of working as a team, the two would carry things in separately. Not impressed.

The whole process went very smoothly. The movers were great!
