The moving team broke a lamp. When the lead mover filed the damage report he indicated the glass was thin on the lamp that broke. Duh, if he recognized that, then he should have taken EXTRA care with the lamp.
3 long stem glasses and 4 tumblers all from the same set came up missing after the packing team packed our kitchen and dining room items. Will never use TMAAT again. They reimbursed us.

Austin and Zack were the best! Clean, fast, but careful. They deserve a pay raise! Holly

I had a very positive experience with the moving team. They were easily exhausted but were very cheery throughout the moving process. They were helpful and patient with me, and at the same time very expedient and friendly.
I would have liked more of a heads up as far as what they would and wouldn't move. I would have packed differently had the office told me when i scheduled.

I am willing to talk about this in detail. Worst TMAT experience out of the last 5 times I have engaged them. The movers were friendly but ill-prepared. I asked that they send a dock-height truck. They didn't. I told them we were moving a safe, the movers said they did not know. The young mover understood little of what he was doing. Also clogged my toilet and left without saying anything.
