Staff didn’t know how to move a piano. They turned our dressers and file cabinet upside down to transport them. They had no tools to take the bed apart or reassemble. They damaged our ottoman. They filed a report and pictures but we’ve not been contacted about the repair. There was no one there to direct them. They took twice the time that our crew in May 2021 took to move us.
