Over-the-phone sales rep assured me the price would be much lower than what it actually came out too. The actual movers were amazing, would have given them a bigger tip if I could due to having to pay more than I was told. All they moved was a couch 13 miles away!

Moving team was fantastic. Very helpful and did everything asked.
My only negative was a random stranger from the company that just showed up and walked in my house without so much as a greeting. I had to ask her who she was and what she was doing. I'm not easily irked, but that was one of the most unprofessional and rude instances in my life. Someone needs to scold her vehemently. Terrible.

Bonnie in Grand Rapids assisted me through the entire process from an office standpoint. She was excellent to work with and made the entire process very easy. The only issue I had was when the packers didn’t label all my boxes/missed a few items to pack, however, Bonnie made sure to take care of this concern immediately and sent a new packer over to assist. And He did an excellent job as well!!

Customer Service Reps and Move Consultants should be required to go on move loading/unloading events to see/understand issues that the movers encounter. When a customer says they have HEAVY BULKY furniture you should listen! And not use norm/average weight/size data for estimates. Office staff need to communicate clearly special needs/circumstances to drivers before deploying them to the site.

The moving team that helped us out was simply amazing. They were personable yet professional. They were willing to do whatever tasks were needed and were extremely efficient. Best part, knowing that charges for the move were based on an hourly rate, the team wasted no time and worked extremely hard to get things complete. Would recommend 10 times out of 10 for any moves.
