On April 17, 2021 we moved my husband’s 92 year old father and 82 year old step-mom into a new home. The team that was sent to move them did an excellent job. They were kind, courteous, patient, and very respectful. They worked with with efficiency and speed. There was one minor mishap and they told us immediately about it. Thank you, for making this move less stressful!

Theresa at the Kalamazoo office is AMAZING!!! She always follows up to make sure that I have everything that I need for my moves. She will also ask if I need additional items that I have used in my moves before!!!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Only one problem. The movers accidently scratched my mom's China cabinet. They set the hutch on top and slid it back instead of placing it at the back of the bottom half. They should be taught to "place it" not "slide it".

2 days before the move called to confirm arrangement, asked if an update was needed was told 'no, everything is in order'. Wrong size truck showed up on move day w/no options to correct. Told by phone that we would have to adjust to the smaller truck, had to push for 2nd truck next day, extending local move into 2 days. Company not as organized as I believed. No call to assure satisfied.
