Never informed me that my start time changed to 3 hours later. Careless with my furniture/items in general, a couple of furniture pieces were broken, took off to get food and didn't inform me. Took way to much time to move the items I had, the moving locations were all on the same road, just a few miles a part, took a lot of breaks just standing around and talking. I'm very dissatisfied with the service that I received. Robby was rude and unprofessional. I was way over charged!!!

There was an issue with the timing. Truck arrived 45 min late. Office said they went to the drop off location first??? I clearly explained the move prior. The movers were outstanding! Did not like leaving my cc info in writing with them when I left. But was told that I had to by the supervisor on the phone.

Office person worked hard to accommodate our schedule after a mix up on move dates. She was great. Moving team was also great; polite, careful with our furniture and and all-around nice guys.

We moved from 3600 sqft to a 1200 sqft home built in the 1950’s. Needless to say much of our furniture was a challenge to get through doors and around corners. The guys did a fantastic job despite the challenges. None of our furniture or walls were damaged. They wrapped everything very well and packed the truck very efficiently. They did an overall fantastic job!!

The team arrived on time, courteously introduced themselves, explained the pre- and post-loading plans, handled my belongings although they were priceless (very much appreciated!!) and smiled whenever I saw them. I would highly recommend this crew.

My husband had a stroke a year and a half before this move. He was unable to lift the heavy stuff, so to give my husband a peace of mind I called and hired two men and a truck.
The two men who showed up to our house were awesome! These guys were working a straight 4 hours. They weren’t stopping to talk or take a smoke break, they cruised right along.
I would definitely ask for these two guys to help us again!

The 3 men moving us were very professional and courteous and on time...
