Movers were hard working. They were not as friendly as past movers we had worked with from Two Men as they arrived early and we were still taping up 3 or 4 boxes.

Movers were supposed to arrive between 8-9. They arrived closer to 10 and we had to call to check their status as we had not heard anything. Everything else was good.

We needed help moving the big things; all the furniture and the big items that don’t fit into a regular car. The office estimated the exact size truck over the phone, and the two guys got it all safely packed and moved over for us!

the only reason you got Excellent's above was because of Mike - the lead person on the crew you sent and you should do whatever it takes to keep him and reward him!! My home is in Macatawa Hills - Holland. EVERY major service provider services the homes in that area and they all know that a 26 foot truck won't make it up there so they have alternatives - EXCEPT Two Men and a Truck. If it weren't for Mike, I would have written a scathing review because it makes no sense that you don't have smaller trucks available. Mike calmed me down, he is articulate and addressed our problem with a professional problem solving approach that you rarely see in entry level roles. He had complete control of the situation and his crew and was determined to ensure I did not end up a dissatisfied customer.

The team worked tirelessly on a day that was very hot and humid. They kept a good attitude about the whole day. They were efficient and took good care of our belongings.
