In the end we made it just in time - rode up with cable guy. Main reason for a lukewarm rating is the repeated mess-ups with the logistics. I thought I had a firm appointment when I received my welcome call. But when i called 2 days later to follow up i was told i was not on the schedule. Seems even though all the steps in your email were completed it was not enough to end up on the schedule. I had to call back AFTER I had the welcome call to confirm. That process needs fixing. Then I was called 3 times to confirm my appointment (Wed 8:30 to 9:30). No truck at 9:30, it showed at 10:15. WHY? because there was a REGULAR meeting at 8:30 on Wed AND ROUTINE maintenance. All known before I received 3 confirmation calls. Not blaming office staff. That is a management issue needs fixing.

I was surprised when they arrived they Jumped out of the truck and asked what and where every thing was. I then got out of the way and things started moving. In no time every thing was loaded very carefully and they were on their way to the next stop. were they unloaded very carefully in a lot less time then quoted. Thank you for a great job.
