Really impressed with the office people and movers who showed up...Each move introduced themselves in a very cordial manner, maintaining eye contact. Very nice young men.

I felt the guys that moved my stuff did a good job. They communicated well with each other if their was a piece that was difficult to move. They wrapped what needed to be wrapped and boxed what needed to be boxed. They took care in placing items as I wanted them.

Our team was great. They worked hard and steady. They showed great care with our items and were friendly and courteous after a long hot day of moving.

Blair was was excellent with his team, he was easy to talk to, polite and made the move much easier, thank you Blair!

Movers damaged large wardrobe which was scarred with scraped wood. Also left deep gouges in hallway drywall.

Extremely friendly movers. I really like how the office calls twice to confirm moving date. The two guys spent six hours moving me and Despite being exhausted still remained positive and helpful. They did damage one wall but they were honest about it right away and offered to file a claim. We did not file a claim because it is a brand new house and our builder agreed to fix and damage from movers. Otherwise I would have filed a claim. It would be naive to think no damage would occur. They will be my first call if I ever move again.

You guys are helpful and courteous for the most part

The office staff clearly communicated the pricing structure and promptly responded to my emails. They were able to answer all of my questions. The movers arrived on time and did a great job. They were both professional and efficient. Thanks.

Dispatch and office manager: superb communication, pleasantness, and professionalism. Moving team: generally professional, but seemed unprepared for what I had warned dispatch was a very heavy item and flights of stairs. I observed use of protective fabric and general care for furniture, but lack of proper equipment which resulted in damage to furniture. Perhaps an appliance cart/dolly would have been a good idea? One mover referred to me as "hon", which - although I didn't correct him - I find rather curious and a bit offensive. I would call this company again, as my options in Grand Haven are limited, but I would be very specific about preferred moving equipment. To the Nunica company's credit, manager David called to offer a partial refund for moving expense.

Blair, Josh & Justin were WONDERFUL in all aspects. Very courteous. I NEED THEM again next Wednesday, August 29th mid-late morning to move my furniture in the garage and again Thursday, August 30th afternoon to move the furniture back into my condo. I will call you right now.
