The team did a very good job protecting our furniture, etc and avoided any dings in the wall. There were a couple of "lack of experience" moments where time was wasted trying to figure out how to get our treadmill downstairs but they eventually got it. My only issue is 5 guys for 10 hours cost me about $46/hr -- which to me is a bit high. I would definitely use the service again and recommend it highly.

I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. All the necessary information was provided with the initial telephone call. The office staff were pleasant and courteous, and their follow-up via confirmation calls was thorough. On the scheduled day, the unloading was completed quickly and efficiently. Not only were they able to physically handle the load, but they were extremely good at organizing both the unloading and the storage of my items. On a personal level Justin, Bobby and AJ worked well with each other and with me. They were all courteous and very nice, and I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

The 2 men that showed up were very efficient getting our stuff out of the apartment and down the road to the new place. Once there, they were very helpful in suggesting places to put things. We quickly realized not everything was going to fit and they were willing to load up the few things that didn’t fit and return them to the old apartment. Everything was done in the timeframe they quoted us. I would definitely use them again.

What a difference it makes working with professionals. We moved 6 years ago with a different company and it was a horrible experience. After some research we decided 2 men looked like the best option. Alex and Drake were excellent to work with. They communicated well and worked diligently to complete our move. They had a positive attitude and worked through the process with us. I appreciated their attention to detail and how they approached our move.

Truly this was a positive experience from the beginning to the end. I can safely say that this was the best experience we have had with moving.

While the hourly rate was not the cheapest we definitely received great value in the timeliness and speed with which this was completed.

I would highly recommend them to friends.

Younger group of lads that where eager to work. We had four on site with tow trucks and they never slowed down. Not even when a manager showed up on site and helped them move or load trucks for an hour or two. Even after he left, they kept working at the same hard pace. Unbelievable work ethic. Then at the end of an 11 hour day, with only 15 minutes for lunch. They offered to help my wife unload our pickup truck of the things they could not haul on theirs. This was after signing paperwork, paid bill, and they are off the clock. I felt so bad that we had no cash on hand to leave the four of them a tip. We will have to see what we can do about that. Thank you.

The guys arrived timely, were very pleasant, got to work moving the piano carefully and swiftly. The person who received the piano was very pleased as well. They brought the piano in , unwrapped it, allowed it to be vacuumed and dusted to her satisfaction, then placed it in its new home/spot. Cleaned up their work materials and were on their way.
