The team was friendly and helpful. Overall the move went well. One item suffered glass damage - am hoping I am contacted for its repair.

I have used your company many times and have always been happy. This time I was just as happy with the movers (they are outstanding) but I had called in to add extra items to my move and the office staff said they would take care of it. It didn't happen and when the movers came they didn't have time to finish and I had to reschedule the rest for a week later. I didn't like having to pay for travel time for the second move as it was not my mistake. The second time they came back they still didn't have time to do everything so I finished the rest myself.

The service we received was terrific from beginning to end. The office staff confirmed the appointment a couple Fay’s in advance, the moving team were prompt and courteous with great attitudes. They worked hard and fast. It was very good experience.
