Excellent service in every way. The moving team were exceptionally professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Moving my Steinway grand piano was handled with care and it made the trip in good condition.

We needed help moving the big things; all the furniture and the big items that don’t fit into a regular car. The office estimated the exact size truck over the phone, and the two guys got it all safely packed and moved over for us!
They worked efficiently and timely and took good care of our possessions. We will definitely refer Two Men and a Truck whenever we hear someone is planning a move! Thanks again!

the only reason you got Excellent's above was because of Mike - the lead person on the crew you sent and you should do whatever it takes to keep him and reward him!! My home is in Macatawa Hills - Holland. EVERY major service provider services the homes in that area and they all know that a 26 foot truck won't make it up there so they have alternatives - EXCEPT Two Men and a Truck. If it weren't for Mike, I would have written a scathing review because it makes no sense that you don't have smaller trucks available. Mike calmed me down, he is articulate and addressed our problem with a professional problem solving approach that you rarely see in entry level roles. He had complete control of the situation and his crew and was determined to ensure I did not end up a dissatisfied customer.

The team worked tirelessly on a day that was very hot and humid. They kept a good attitude about the whole day. They were efficient and took good care of our belongings.

From the moment I stepped into the office to ask about your services your staff was friendly, informative and professional. The two delivery men were on-time, professional and took great care with my delivery. Your office personnel were quick to follow and follow thru. I once had a unfortunate situation with Two Men and a Truck that occured on the east side of the state many years ago. I’m very glad that you your staff was able to change my opinion about the franchise. I would not only recommend your services to others. I will personally take time to share my positive experience with the store I purchased the furniture from and encourage them to refer your services.

Working with the overall team was great! Our packer and moving team was excellent and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was packed and on the truck - no time was wasted! The office staff were so friendly and professional as well, even helping us move up dates on short notice - which was VERY appreciated!

Very outstanding service and wonderful movers. would highly recommend.

I had three gentleman come and move me and they were very pleasant and polite. We went through each room and I let them know what I wanted moved. They were so fast at wrapping and carrying items to truck and careful with the more fragil items which I appreciated. I would highly recommend the three I had, they were wonderful, I'd want the same group again if I moved.
