They were 1 1/2 hour later than planned, because of a meeting. I like promptness and then we had to go until 8 at night. The 3 men I had were very nice, pleasant and accommodating. I will say very nice things about them. My furniture was VERY heavy and they worked very hard.

The movers were very professional they came with fun attitudes and lots of energy. They explained everything sufficiently and were very careful with fragile items. They interacted with my two year old and made him feel part of the team. They were great!!

I called the office expecting to be laughed at but was reassured that "internal moves" happen everyday with 2 men and a truck. This was incredibly helpful as we needed to move furniture for carpet cleaning and re-stretching and had no idea how we were going to get this done. The guys came on Thursday to move furniture out and returned on Saturday to move it back in (minus a few large items we wanted to get rid off). We will definitely use them again. Only complaint.....just had carpets cleaned, requested the guys put down plastic for walkways which they did but they still walked on clean carpet with very dirty socks. I've been scrubbing spots since. I may need the carpet re-cleaned in one room. Not to happy about that.

We had some damage to our entertainment center we expect 2 men & a truck to repair soon. They did not follow instructions well. Nice guys. We have not heard back on when the repair will happen. The didn't have a piano dolly. It was carried upside down!

The team of two worked together well, and were constantly working. No down time. They wrapped the furniture well, and took care not to scratch things. They were courteous and patient in their work.

My move team (Cliff and Andrew) were courteous and professional. Very impressed with the care of my furnishings. They showed up on time.
The office was very responsive and handled my unique requests.

The entire process went extremely smooth. Couldn't have hoped for a better move. Hats off to the two men that packed and delivered my goods in a very timely fashion. They even ran between the home and the truck. Will use this company again and again.
