Great Team of movers; professional techniques, well organized, nice helpful attitudes

Everything was great! Second time I used them this month. My Dad is moving.

Chance was the lead for our move. He was very personable and kind. Obviously has a knack for getting things put together in an organized way! The two other guys did a great job also. Efficient and moved quick! Kelsey in the office was the most friendly person! She offered advice on boxes and answered all of my questions, even remembered me after I had only stopped in the office one time. Extremely pleased with your company and staff who made it easy in the stressful situation of moving. Thank you all!

Our experience with Two Men and A Truck right from the start of booking the move seem to be a issue, but thought at the time it would get better! I was wrong! When I called to confirm my reservation, I found out that the representative never saved my reservation for the move! The movers came which they sent 3 not 2 thought great it would be better, again I was wrong! They didn't even have to move half the items I had listed prior because we had moved them already! The movers were very inexperienced, 2 had only been with the company for about 1-2 months and were a summer job only, other had been with the company for a few months longer! Everything that happend stemed from that! Over a 2 hour lunch! Damage done! Move took 13 hours! instead of 5-7 hours! And we had to help! Not happy!
