we told the guys what the job was... they arrived late from their last job ( they did call ) but even with help from myself and another person could not figure out a way get the piece out of the basement. It had been delivered by a local furniture company so I know it could be done, but I was not home when it had been delivered so I could not tell them how it was done. The lead person on the job told me I would not be charged for the job since they could not complete the task... yippee but it did not help me get the tv cabinet out of my basement.

While the office staff was polite and professional, the actual move day resulted in a broken piano which the movers first did not admit (are you sure it wasn’t like this?)
