No complaints about the service or the personel. My mother even gave both the guys $40 each as a tip and she is a 91 year old Dutchman (cheap).
What I do have complaints about is the second visit we hired you for. We needed the remainder of the furniture moved to the garage for BIBLES FOR MEXICO to pick up. We were charged for the time both in transit and for the return of the truck and then the hour they spent working was rounded off to the next HIGHER time segment. ----That was 15 there, 15 minutes back and about 10 minutes rounded off. That was about 40 minutes out of a total of 90 minutes we were charged for----almost 50% AND WE WERE GIVING IT AWAY. Is that fair to bill a 91 year old this much?

They were just very slow in the dropping off stage of the move. The entire move should have been no more than 2 hrs based on the qty. and location proximities. Great guys however!

From the original quote to the follow up phone call after our move was complete and all steps in between - the team executed! We received calls when we were told we would, the movers showed up exactly when we were told they would, and they finished the job in less time than was quoted. Everyone we worked with was very professional and thorough. Nothing was left to chance. This is very much appreciated when you are dealing with something as stressful as a move.

Moving in winter is never easy. Our move team worked hard to keep both our former house and our new house free from the wet and snow as much as possible, which we appreciated. They worked together quickly and efficiently to get the entire two trucks loaded securely and safely. They wrapped to protect the furniture as needed and everything arrived safely. It was a long 13 hour day with 2 hours of travel included and it was cold. They were wonderful throughout. I'd highly recommend anyone that has an upcoming move to consider Two Men and a Truck to help them through it. Moving is difficult enough. Let the experts do what they do best, and you spend the time enjoying your special day and new surroundings.
