In the estimate stage i marked that there was a piano in the house, and to please use a piano dolly. Instead you showed up with one extra guy and no dolly. The piano was dropped on the way in to the house. the worst part of this is the moving team tried to play it off like it didnt happen, when my wife was watching out the window. Luckily she saw it or we would have no idea.

Your team worked hard and fast to get us moved. They were focused and thoughtful in getting everything both out and in safely. We had a piano to move and at both points they sent over extra, more experienced staff to be sure that both the piano was moved without damage AND that the team had the support they needed to move it safely. I couldn't be more impressed....

Michael and Sam were awesome. They protected the door ways with padding and wrapped all of our furniture to protect it, they also had great attitudes! No room for improvement. Thanks again.
