They were unable to fit all of our things into the trucks that were brought for our out of state move. It was their team that went though our house to assess the type of trucks needed. To pick up the remainder of our things, which was about a quarter of a truckload, they wanted to charge for another whole truck. The branch manager was completely unsympathetic to the situation and didn’t even bother to call their customer on the moving day because it was the weekend when all we wanted to know was the plan for picking up the remainder of our things. The on-site movers were very nice and professional, but did damage one of our dressers.

Overall, this was an awful experience and made our move much more stressful. Would not recommend this company.

It was HORRIBLE!! They damaged my furniture!! They damaged the place I was moving from!! And my new home!! Damaged my walls!! In both places!!! The so called supervisor was awful!!! They left my furniture not put together!!! I asked for a new team the supervisor said they had no one available and so I had to sleep on the floor for 3 days until they can send someone back out to my home!!! It took them 7 hours to move me from a 2 bedroom condo!! With no basement! No appliances were moved!! 2 bedroom took 7 hours!!! They did not know what they were doing at all!!! They damaged my furniture and didn’t say anything about it!!! Thank God I caught several incidents and my sister caught what I didn’t see!!! They never told about damaging my furniture, they clearly knew they had!!! But wasn’t about

Zachary and Simon were outstanding movers and exceeded my expectations!! I could hardly keep up w/ them they were so quick!! One thing we forgot was to pack my pictures and lamps, which was probably my fault. They were most polite and courteous and would highly recommend both again anytime!!! I'm very grateful to have had such nice guys to make my move go so smoothly!!

After the move was complete, I noticed that my leather chair was ripped along the seam. The chair is puffy so I didn't notice it before they left. I noticed later on when I sat down in it. I was scheduled between 10 and 11 but the movers didn't arrive until 1230. They did call at 11 letting me know they'd be extremely late. A call at 10 would have been much more courteous because they had to have known they'd never be there by 11 or even close. It's super annoying that the office staff never answers the phone, no matter what day or time you have to leave a message.

The movers were very good (polite) but broke the legs off my teak end table (totally destroyed). I will need a reimbursement of $200. Also, forgot to take the stero cabinet, but this is my fault for not checking.

The closer from the screen door was pulled out of the door .I was told it was supposed to be fixed. It has not been done

The overall experience was great. You were even willing to work with me on payment. But one of my lamps is missing. I’d like it back or be compensated. I do want to compliment one mover and especially. I don’t remember his name but he was African American and from Alabama. He was so polite, smart and strong. He made my experience more comfortable. I don’t understand why he is not the lead of the team.

The movers arrived 2.5 hours later than expected but kept us up to date on their ETA. They did not have the wardrobe box that I had rented. Great care was taken with our grandfather clock which I appreciated. After settling in have noticed a dent in a drawer of a filing cabinet and a chip on the kitchen table.

They were pleasant but they drop furniture and scratch it and drop clothes that were dry clean only that have to be clean again. The team they sent me milk the clock as best they could. I will choose them again but it will be different than this time as they bill you from the time they leave their office in stead of when they arrive and bill you when they get back to the office. The first time I use them they went above and beyond what we needed done. I will be looking for that experience next time as there are good movers out there I just got the wrong team this time.

Brenden was careless and wasted time playing around with the iPad and is fit for the job lifting and moving. Wall got damaged inside of home from carelessness.
