Team is slow down in order to meet original quote hours, in the end we just over 15 min for next ...this is not good experience. Moving companies is pay by hours, and the office people told me the cost will be pay by hour too. they should move thing as they need. Or, you should tell customer quote can not change.

They were pleasant & helpful trying to move large item that didnt fit through door. With 5 men the process took longer than expected. Some of them were sitting doing nothing at times. Sat in driveway for 10 minutes after they were done. Scratched & marked some newly painted walls/doors + furniture. Were not very careful and had 1 mover taking items that required 2. Did not have many tools needed.

Still missing a round piece of glass for a small table. Maybe it’s still in the truck? A piece to my leather sectional was broken off. None of the movers told me, instead they tried to stand it up in the right piston so I wouldn’t know. Kinda bummed about that. But, they were knowledgeable, on time, swift, and never took a break! Great work.
